• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• During high-volume collection drops, please allow a few extra days for us to get your package ready. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Your gear is printed and shipped directly from the USA to ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Vanity is proudly New Zealand owned and operated. Even though our premium heavyweight gear is crafted and shipped from the USA, we offer free shipping to our NZ crew to keep the brand accessible back home.
• Domestic (USA): Fast, reliable shipping via local carriers (USPS/UPS).
• International: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking will typically be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VANTIX is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
We want to make sure your gear arrives in perfect condition. While VANTIX is not directly liable for carrier errors or lost packages, we don't want to leave you hanging. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will help you navigate the claim process with the carrier to get it sorted.
